Seeking 2025 Summer Internship

In search of an opportunity to learn with architects, artists, and contractors who share a passion for creating innovative and sustainable community, residential, and/or educational facilities

R. Harrison Miller

I am a third-year B.S. Architecture student at Kent State University. I am passionate about design that works with the surroundings and transforms barriers into opportunities.

I like to use familiar forms in unexpected ways and bring the outside inside. I like thoughtful functionality. I like to be a part of a team where ideas are synergistic and collaborations are transformative.

My portfolio includes institutional, residential, and educational design projects. In Fall 2024, I received the Kent State Florence “Most Inspiring Student Project” merit award, recognizing my work as both visually captivating and capable of enriching the lives of those around it.

I am proficient in Rhino3D, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe products, V-Ray, Lumion, and many others.

Architecture is my passion, and I am working to deepen my knowledge of sustainable design principles, community engagement, and building technicalities.

I am an amateur photographer, Eagle Scout, and former cross-country runner and marching band musician. I like spending time with my dog, Bear.
